Step-by-Step Guide to Get Aadhaar on WhatsApp

1. Save +91-9013151515 as “MyGov Helpdesk” in your contacts.
2. Open WhatsApp and start a chat with this number.
3. Type “Hi” or “Namaste” to begin.
4. Choose DigiLocker Services when prompted.
5. Confirm that you have a DigiLocker account. If not, create one first.
6. Enter your 12-digit Aadhaar number.
7. You’ll get a one-time password (OTP) on your registered mobile. Enter it in the chat.
8. Once verified, the chatbot will display a list of documents stored in your DigiLocker.
9. Select Aadhaar from the list by typing the right option number.
10. Your Aadhaar card will arrive as a PDF directly in the WhatsApp chat.
